If I could do this, it may well provide me with the best of bother worlds, that is to say good sound quality from Bug head and convenience from JRiver Media Center. Would it be possible to install JRiver on my Control PC alongside Bug head. I really like JRiver Media Center for its usability, although the sound quality is inferior to Bug head. For the background music listening sessions, the convenience of being able to control a player from a wireless device would be desirable. ironing, housework, cooking, sitting in the garden with the patio door slightly open. I have dedicated listening sessions without other distractions and listening sessions when the music is background to other activities, e.g. It sounds great although the user interface is not particularly friendly. My preferred player is Bug Head Infinity Blade. The appeal of Hysolid was to have a player that could be controlled from an iPad or iPhone. I eventually gave up as I just couldn't get it stable, the main problems being that I couldn't achieve gapless playback between tracks and when using an iPad as the control device, I couldn't get it to recognise the name of the artist. I recently spent some time trying to get Hysolid running on my setup.
